HALIFAX, NS – le 24 avril 2024<\/strong> – Solutions technologiques spatiales mondiales<\/a> (\u00ab GSTS \u00bb ou \u00ab l’entreprise \u00bb) a annonc\u00e9 avoir obtenu un contrat pour un syst\u00e8me d’information sur les d\u00e9placements aupr\u00e8s de la Corporation de gestion de la Voie maritime du Saint-Laurent (CGVMSL) et Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway (GLS)<\/a> pour am\u00e9liorer la gestion commune des voies navigables binationales. <\/p>\n

GSTS fournira des pr\u00e9visions pour le syst\u00e8me d’information sur les d\u00e9placements par l’interm\u00e9diaire d’OCIANA<\/a>\u00a9<\/sup><\/a>, sa plateforme SaaS exclusive aliment\u00e9e par l’IA. OCIANA\u00ae<\/a> est un syst\u00e8me cyber-s\u00e9curis\u00e9 et \u00e9volutif qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en collaboration avec les administrations portuaires, les lignes de navigation, les administrations de pilotage, les organismes civils et les organisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 frontali\u00e8re, et qui est utilis\u00e9 par ceux-ci. <\/p>\n

Au c\u0153ur de l’offre d’OCIANA\u00ae se trouvent des analyses de donn\u00e9es efficaces et pr\u00e9dictives, aliment\u00e9es par de nouveaux algorithmes d’IA. Le cadre d’int\u00e9gration des donn\u00e9es d’OCIANA\u00ae permettra d’assimiler les renseignements essentiels du syst\u00e8me de gestion du trafic maritime et des flux de donn\u00e9es du GSTS dans un mod\u00e8le de pr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 permettant de pr\u00e9voir avec pr\u00e9cision l’heure d’arriv\u00e9e pr\u00e9vue des navires, ce qui permettra d’am\u00e9liorer la gestion des d\u00e9placements et, \u00e9ventuellement, d’optimiser les horaires d’\u00e9clusage. <\/p>\n

OCIANA\u00ae<\/a> est une plateforme flexible con\u00e7ue pour int\u00e9grer les r\u00e8gles complexes du r\u00e9seau d’\u00e9cluses, assurant que tous les mouvements des navires respectent les lignes directrices en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d’exploitation. Tout en se concentrant sur un segment pr\u00e9cis du Saint-Laurent, la gestion des navires est touch\u00e9e par des \u00e9v\u00e9nements dynamiques qui s’\u00e9tendent des approches de l’Atlantique jusqu’aux Grands Lacs. Le syst\u00e8me dynamique \u00ab Lock Schedule Engine \u00bb tire parti de divers intrants, en utilisant des algorithmes avanc\u00e9s pour g\u00e9rer le trafic maritime et planifier l’\u00e9clusage, ce qui am\u00e9liore la capacit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duit les retards. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette innovation, OCIANA\u00ae<\/a> sera bien plac\u00e9e pour offrir une capacit\u00e9 d’optimisation sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 toutes les grandes voies navigables.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Ce projet d\u00e9montrera la capacit\u00e9 d’OCIANA\u00ae \u00e0 fournir une planification et une optimisation in\u00e9gal\u00e9es dans un environnement tr\u00e8s dynamique qui subit l’incidence de multiples facteurs g\u00e9ographiques, op\u00e9rationnels et environnementaux \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Richard Kolacz, chef de la direction de GSTS. \u00ab Ce prix illustre une fois de plus la polyvalence d’OCIANA\u00ae dans l’am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00fbret\u00e9, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la r\u00e9silience de la cha\u00eene d’approvisionnement maritime \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle mondiale. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Le r\u00e9seau du corridor des Grands Lacs sert de cha\u00eene d’approvisionnement cl\u00e9, transportant des marchandises d’une valeur de 66 milliards de dollars et soutenant 356 000 emplois.      L’ optimisation de la circulation des marchandises, au sein d’un environnement commercial maritime tr\u00e8s dynamique, est essentielle pour les \u00e9conomies du Canada et des \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/span><\/p>\n

OCIANA\u00ae<\/a> est configur\u00e9 pour s’adapter aux exigences changeantes de la gestion du trafic maritime, avec des dispositions pour int\u00e9grer des sources de donn\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires et am\u00e9liorer le moteur de pr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 au moyen de technologies \u00e9mergentes comme les mod\u00e8les d’apprentissage machine dans le domaine m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique.
